Bug Description
The BQ Aquaris 4.5 phone was not react to touch screen or buttons.
The time is changed and the phone is ringed and showed the call window when I had an incoming call.
Restart solved the problem.
This happened 2 times last weeks.

As you didn't give any information on how you got the phone to be in this state, assuming this is bug 1491566.
If you think otherwise, please provide more information and remove the "it's a duplicate" status.
