Semantics of some metrics for "Apache Web Server" in the Monasca document are incorrect

Semantics for the metrics "apache.net.total_kbytes" and "apache.net.kbytes_sec" in "Apache Web Server Checks" should be corrected.

Currently, the semantics for the above 2 metrics are the below.

- apache.net.total_kbytes: A total number of byte count
- apache.net.kbytes_sec: A total number of byte count

These should be changed to the below. (Change from byte to Kbytes)

- apache.net.total_kbytes: A total number of Kbytes count
- apache.net.kbytes_sec: A total number of Kbytes count per second
