Astute logger should avoid writing raw data

Astute logger should avoid writing raw data but instead it should use pretty formatting so as to split huge deployment and provisioning data into short lines. Unfortunately, it is almost impossible to page astute.log up and down when dealing with 200 nodes envs, so it makes it difficult to troubleshoot issues.

We can use less -S. It allows to easily page up and down astute.log, but still it is inconvenient to look at long lines.

Is it still actual after merge patch for this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/fuel/+bug/1352854. Looks like this bug is duplicate.
