Bug Description
Hello,
A package of mine fails to install because portaudio19-dev has packaging errors. Installing in a clean Linux Mint 17.2 live session does this:
mint@mint ~ $ sudo apt-get update
...
mint@mint ~ $ sudo apt-get install portaudio19-dev

Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:
The following packages have unmet dependencies:
portaudio19-dev : Depends: libjack-dev
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
libjack-dev fails because of libjack0, but if I install the aforementioned packages manually first, I can successfully install portaudio19-dev, and then my package.
