Black screen, lower tray missing (problem with compiz real)

Binary package hint: compiz

Changed location of start button from upper panel to lower panel. Rebooted computer. After login, a black screen is displayed (without icons or wallpaper) and the lower tray is missing. The problem seems to be connected to the graphic card.
