Bug Description
Testing using Pcbnew (2015-09-05 BZR 6158, Git 8f14e9e) under Win 10 x64 OS.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Launch Kicad, select Pcbnew
2) Under Pcbnew, File --> Archive Footprints --> Create Footprint Archive
3) Problem/Error: this shows a selection box of existing modules without the ability to create a new module to export footprints.
Therefore, the workaround which deserves bug status is to create a dummy module with one part in it which "Create Footprint Archive" can select and will warn it will delete the existing part(s).
The only in-tool way to create a new library is to edit a part in the footprint editor and create a new library, saving the current part in the new library.
Archive footprints needs a selector for generating a new library.
