German localization missing

Indeed there is something wrong, the 3.16 e-d-s and evo templates are not included in wily langpacks...

that has been fixed, https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/language-pack-gnome-de/1:15.10+20150922 included it (though the most recent update has some regressions but that's a different bug)
