ENVIRONMENT:
MOS 7.0 ISO: 288 RC2
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Try create correct Mapr 4.0.2 cluster
EXPECTED RESULT:
Cluster created
ACTUAL RESULT:
Cluster has "Error" state

Won't fix in 7.0.x due to the corner case nature of the issue - it's failed with timeout - most probably root cause is slow internet connection on the test lab or slow lab itself.
