network doesn't work after wake up from suspend to RAM

Bug Description

After waking up from suspend to RAM neither wired nor wireless network work on my Samsung Q20. I was also unable to recover the problem by disabling and enabling the network using the network manager applet.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. You reported this bug a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering is this still an issue for you? Can you try with latest Ubuntu release? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately I don't have this Laptop any more and with my new Desktop PC Suspend to RAM and Suspend to Disk don't work at all.
