Bug Description

I'm using Archlinux with boost 1.58 libraries.
Latest version of cyphesis fails to compile unless one adds <boost/optional/optional_io.hpp> to the Plant.h file (the compiler complains that this header must be appended to use lib function Plant.cpp is using).

I need some confirmation from other people using boost 1.58 if they have similar problems.

I've pushed a fix which should remove this requirement.

Ok, pulled the patch and tested it. Works fine without extra header. Bug fixed. Thanks.
