Bug Description

The assignment of handler names to Servicemon checkers is inconsistent between SeedDB and the Servicemon Daemon.

The daemon assigns handler names by lowercasing the class name and removing the "Checker" suffix, while SeedDB assigns handlernames by using the checker class' get_type() method (which is a more recent invention).
