Bug Description
At this point we are configuring manually in the Designate.conf file in what domain the Sink will automatically create the records when VM is up/ associated with FIP.
I believe that we should add a configuration option for that ( Designate sink-instance-

We're adding integration between neutron + nova + designate this + next cycle to provide exactly this, while sink will remain for custom use cases.
