Order of alarms on Alarms page is confusing

Bug Description
When there are more alarms (perhaps some not enabled, but whatever has been entered in the past), finding the right one is difficult, because the alarms are not sorted by time.
The order seems random. When an alarm from the top of the list is edited (select one, to get to the Edit alarm page, then just click the check mark to accept it w/o making any change) or even if an alarm is just enabled/disabled, its position in the list changes. It shows up somewhere near the end of the list.
I think the alarms should be sorted by the time.
