Glance folder in openstack examples doesn't contain any files

In both the folder Examples/openstack/kilo/trusty/glance as well as Examples/openstack/juno/trusty/trusty/glance there are none of the config files that the other services' folders have, so running ./01-deploy.sh results in an error saying that metadata.yaml doesn't exist for glance.

The orange-box package was installed on my machine with the following steps:

1) Install Ubuntu 14.04 LTS 64-bit desktop

2) sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get dist-upgrade -y && sudo reboot

3) sudo apt-add-repository ppa:orange-box/ppa && sudo apt-get update
&& sudo apt-get install orange-box
