Problems that occurs by turning on the phone

Hi to everyone.

I use BQ Aquaris E4.5 15.04 r. 25

Sometimes, when I press the power button to turn on my phone , on the screen appears the box "turn off , restart , cancel" instead the normal screen saver .

It also happens when the phone receives a call : turns on the screen and shows the same box "turn off , restart , cancel" .

this bug was filed beginning of sept, we've done a host of changes in trying to improve the screen blanking policy.
Please update to the latest, which is OTA7 and monitor the recurrence of this bug.
I'm hard pressed to say this bug is precisely a duplicate but there is a very good chance we've already addressed it.

Hello.
I upgraded my phone to the OTA 7 but, sometimes, the problem occurs again.

I I've noticed that the box has changed and now the buttons are colored only in gray and orange (there isn't the green button).
