Bug Description

Xubuntu gutsy gibbon has png files wrongly acociated with Mozilla Thunderbird instead of GQview. When i try to open any png picture with a dubleclick thunderbird opens and asks me for my mail server and such stuff. This is confusing for a beginner who just wants to view a picture. This happens on the live cd tribe5 and on the installed and updated system.

This could be a thunderbird issue, since its desktop file contains image/png in its Mimetype entry.

This happens in Xubuntu 8.04 as well. Double clicked on a .png and Thunderbird started up.
