Oleksiy, please provide more info - it seems you browser cannot resolve the hostname you used to configure your public endpoints. Without having at least the following:

1) diagnostic snapshot
2) result of nslookup of public endpoint FQDN from the host that is running the browser

we will not be able to work on this issue. Please, provide it. I am marking this bug as Incomplete. If you think that it is not a correct change of the bug status, please comment on that.

MOS version as well as steps to reproduce were provided.
Obviosly net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED signs that public.fuel.local can't be resolved.

It can't be expected that this default address will be resolvable.
Note, that this is default behaviour and default behavior should be 'It works out of the box'.

Fuel creates environment with fqdn='public.fuel.local' by default, that could be unset in
Environment -> Settings tab -> Public TLS ->DNS hostname for public TLS endpoints

Presumably leaving this box empty should let Horizon work with IP addresses rather than a host name.
