Wording for Edit Instance/Security Groups is incorrect

The wording on the Security Groups tab for the Edit Instance window currently says: Add and remove security groups to this project ...

it is wrong. it should use instance instead of project.

    New string : 'Add and remove security groups to this instance ...'
