Bug Description

The RIBCL module doesnt return number of processors based on the cores/threads. The processors are n-core processors with hyperthreading enabled/disabled. When OS is deployed the actual number of processors visible depends on the cores and threads of the processor.

    Fix ribcl to return correct number of processors

    get_essential_properties() return number of processors
    based on physical processors. The actual number of processors
    should be based on number of cores and threads.
    This fix returns number of cpus based on the cores and threads.
