Bug Description
The RIBCL module doesnt return number of processors based on the cores/threads. The processors are n-core processors with hyperthreading enabled/disabled. When OS is deployed the actual number of processors visible depends on the cores and threads of the processor.

Fix ribcl to return correct number of processors
get_ essential_ properties( ) return number of processors
based on physical processors. The actual number of processors
should be based on number of cores and threads.
This fix returns number of cpus based on the cores and threads.
