No handlers could be found for logger "oslo_config.cfg"
ERROR: Unable to load glance-api-keystone from configuration file /usr/share/glance/glance-api-dist-paste.ini.
Got: ImportError('No module named castellan',)

    Import not found for glance

    Glance now depends on python-castellan and python-cryptography but
    the package is not in the package depends list.
