Bug Description
During to node-reinstallation controller node on VM generate template with new mac address for admin interface.
In this case controller node goes to the offline state and appears in fuel as new slave node
Workaround:
Shut down the VM.
Replace mac address to previous
Start VM

This is intentional behavior. When you remove (reinstall) "virt" node, all VMs running there are also removed.
If you want to redeploy VMs, please use yours workaround.
