pykde4 ftbfs with Python 3.5

In Wily, we have Python 3.5 as a supported (but not default) Python 3 version. We also have a PPA making Python 3.5 the default, which will be the case in X-series. pykde4 fails to build from source in this PPA.

Here's the buildlog:

Looking at the build log, it seems that it can't find PyQt4. Can you please check if PyQt4.QtCore is importable from python3.5 with that PPA?

Apparently not. I'll sync python-qt4 over from wily into the PPA and if that
fixes the problem I'll do a no-change rebuild in the main archive. Thanks for
the feedback.
