Bug Description

Wireless sometimes fails to show any any SSIDs in the applet plasma-nm for Plasma 5 (KDE). Perhaps this is an issue with plasma-nm: I've haven't tried any other way of connecting to a network except through the applet. Restarting network-manager using "sudo service network-manager restart" fixes things.

I am running KDE Plasma Version 5.4.0, Qt version 5.4.2, kernel version 4.1.0-3.

Same for me. sudo sh -c 'rmmod iwldvm iwlwifi; modprobe iwlwifi' usually brings up wireless in this circumstance.

This bug is very old, if it remains an issue please update the bug with info from a supported release.
