Bug Description
In _get_response, any return code other than a 200 causes a warning to be logged. This means that even 404s cause output:

Presumably 404s are to be expected from time to time, so we should probably not warn on them.

I agree that they are expected to happen from time to time, but I imagine that information regarding 404 frequencies would be useful to an operator. In my opinion, we should leave it, as it is.
