Bug Description
While python-testtools is built in the archive, if you tried to rebuild it, it would actually fail. 1.8.0 will also ftbfs. I'm seeing failures in Python 2.7 so it's not entirely a Python 3.5 issue.
Here's a buildlog for 1.4.0 in the Python 3.5-as-default PPA.
Some of the failures may also be due to LP: #1488710

My guess is that 1.8.1 fixes this. Also, that you probably don't care much about wily any more.
