Bug Description
Currently if we get an error when configuring a node group interface we log a warning and continue. This allows the deploy to complete but leaves the cluster unusable. We should hard fail so the user can rectify the problem (which is probably caused by a dodgy config - i can easily reproduce this with an invalid node group network config). Re-running with --use-existing will allow the deploy to continue without started from scratch.
