Bug Description

I had an installation log that failed (the same could happen with the other logs and outputs available in maas though), and it was long. I'm guessing maybe 50k lines. This long install output was downloaded every time I loaded the node details page, which made every page load take minutes.

It was also very hard to copy out of the UI since that page doesn't scroll normally. E.g., I had to highlight and scroll down with my mouse wheel to get it to progress. Anyway, this was a very tedious process for such a large log, and really, for any log it felt unecessary.

1) Please truncate the download of this log, only the bottom 200 (?) lines should be displayed by default.

2) Please add a button to download the full log (maybe even a button to download *all* the current logs).

This is partially solved by LP:1722607. Logs are only downloaded from the region when being viewed. However if you view the log the entire thing will be loaded.
