Bug Description

Good day. Toshiba laptop Satellite L300-15V (PSLBCE-00L008RU): CPU Celeron M560, GM965 Express chipset, GMA X3100 video. System LinuxMint 17.2 Cinnamon 32-bit. When you launch a video on YouTube in Chrome browser, desktop environment crashes and goes into standby mode, after which allows you to watch videos on the website. But the downloaded videos on the laptop after that is not played by any player ( at best there is sound). When you launch a video on YouTube in Mozilla Firefox, no problems with video playback no. The same thing happens in LinuxMint 17.2 XFCE. In Lubuntu 15.04 everything is working fine. I'm no expert, but it seems to me that the problem is in the plugin Adobe flash player and it is in chrome. In LinuxMint 16 was not like this, but it is, as I understand it, is no longer supported. Now installed LinuxMint 13 "Maya" - all perfectly reproduced. Sincerely, Alexander.

Chrome should HTML5 video by default in any case, so this shouldn't be related to Flash. Maybe a GPU/drivers issue.

Now again installed LinuxMint 17.2 Cinnamon 32-bit.
Mozilla Firefox - no problems with video playback no.
Chromium is a YouTube video normally plays but other sites when you scroll the page is not rendered smoothly.
Google Chrome - desktop environment crashes and goes into emergency mode, then the video plays.

Updated the kernel to Linux 3.19.0-28
Mozilla Firefox - no problems.
Chromium - nothing has changed.
Google Chrome video on YouTube is reproduced in a standard small size, but if you hover your mouse pointer on the video to expand it to full screen, the video freezes and the sound goes out and the monitor many times goes out again. After a while everything comes back to normal and you can watch videos even in full screen. Video from the hard drive of the computer correctly.

Updated the Linux kernel to 4.2.0-040200-generic
Just the same as on the kernel 3.19.0-28

if you are not hard, give a link to the Intel driver for my graphics card in the laptop .deb
