Bug Description

After resetting environment configuration of VIRT slave node is not changed "created" parameter to false
example of configuration after reset environment:
[{"mem":3,"cpu":4,"id":1,"created":true},{"mem":3,"cpu":4,"id":2,"created":true},{"mem":3,"cpu":4,"id":3,"created":true}]

In this case only VIRT role will be deployed, controller nodes won't be deployed.

It's not blocked deployment parameter can be changed manually.

Update VMs in the database on cluster reset

On cluster reset all VMs within nodes of this cluster
are destroyed. We need to drop 'created' flag for these
    VMs.
