Shipped config is broken (old config)

Running with the config that comes down with a git clone results in the following error

anchor.app.ConfigValidationException: The config seems to be for an old version of Anchor. Please check documentation.

I can't reproduce. Running from a clean repo:

tox -e py27 -r
.tox/py27/bin/pip install watchdog
.tox/py27/bin/anchor_debug .tox/py27

Everything "just works"
