Bug Description

Please sync gnome-system-monitor 3.16.0-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * No-change rebuild using GCC 5.
  * Merge from debian. Remaining changes:
    - Change appdata-tools b-dep to appstream-util
All changes integrated into Debian.
