Bug Description
We are on Sphinx 1.2 right now in the fuel docs. We need to upgrade to Sphinx 1.3
We are currently using rst2pdf which in its current installation is not compatible with Sphinx 1.3.
Please check if there's a fix or a workaround to make rst2pdf compatible with Sphinx 1.3.
And then please upgrade to Sphinx 1.3.
