[Glance] [Tempest] We need to fix mos-tempest-runner - glance images should be public

Bug Description

We can see many failed Tempest tests, the reason of the issue in update of Glance client, we need to fix parameters in mos-tempest runner to pass the tests. Vadim Rovachev is going to prepare the fix.

In line https://github.com/Mirantis/mos-tempest-runner/blob/master/setup_env.sh#L275 used option --is-public, but in new glance CLI version used --visible option.

I can see that thee most of Tempest tests passed after the fix. Status changed to Fix Released
