Enviroment:
   OS: CentOS 6.5
   Compute: QEMU
   Networking Setup: Neutron with GRE segmentation
   Ceph storage: No
   Additional services: all by default

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install midonet plugin
2. Create new env
3. Enable midonet plugin
4. Deploy env with following nodes:
     Controller
     Compute
     Cinder

Observed behavior:
Deployment is failed.
