Bug Description
Right now, when the "smoothing" parameter is 0.0 the panning is smooth, and when the parameter is 1.0, the panning is abrupt. It would make more sense if the parameter was reversed, i.e. 0.0-> hard change (no smoothing) and 1.0 total smooth panning.
