Error in console when opening ng launch instance wizard

Recently the strings for the Source step of the angular Launch Instance wizard were moved out of the controller into the HTML. At the same time the help controller was removed because it was no longer needed. However, the reference to the controller in the HTML was not removed so an error is displayed in the browser console when opening the wizard.

Error: [ng:areq] Argument 'LaunchInstanceSourceHelpController' is not a function, got undefined...

    Remove controller reference in ng launch instance

    This patch removes the reference to the nonexistent Source page help
    controller, which was recently removed when the strings were moved
    into the HTML.
