Bug Description

Please backport libconfig-model-dpkg-perl 2.068 (universe) from wily to vivid.

Reason for the backport:
========================
I do my packaging work for Debian on Vivid (15.04), and the latest version of
libconfig-model-dpkg-perl has a hugely improved copyright file creator. I
could really use that now with the package I am working on!

Testing:
========
Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing.

You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage:
$ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s wily -d vivid libconfig-model-dpkg-perl

* vivid:
[ ] Package builds without modification
[ ] libconfig-model-dpkg-perl installs cleanly and runs

Reverse dependencies:
=====================
The following reverse-dependencies need to be tested against the new version of libconfig-model-dpkg-perl. For reverse-build-dependencies (-Indep), please test that the package still builds against the new libconfig-model-dpkg-perl. For reverse-dependencies, please test that the version of the package currently in the release still works with the new libconfig-model-dpkg-perl installed. Reverse- Recommends, Suggests, and Enhances don't need to be tested, and are listed for completeness-sake.

libconfig-model-dpkg-perl
-------------------------
* pkg-perl-tools
  [ ] vivid (Reverse-Recommends)
* libconfig-model-perl
  [ ] vivid (Reverse-Suggests)
