Bug Description

[Impact]

* Both mako and flo will receive an upgraded in-kernel bluetooth stack taken from 4.2-rc7
* No other devices are affected
* BlueZ 4.101 still used on touch which continues to work as the kernel interface is still supported

[Test Case]

* testing is documented at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Process/Merges/TestPlans/bluez

[Regression Potential]

* Power management issues as newly ported driver and stack prevents the device from going to sleep
