Since yarock can use mpv as engine, it would be very fine to have all one's media (audio & video) in one place, under one great (!) app. Nothing complicated, just the cover arts grid view (in a secondary collection) like the one of music collection and launching mpv by double clicking on them.

Hopefully, I've not exhausted you with my bombardment.

Thanks for your proposal. In fact it's not so easy because of
- specific metadata for video I would have to manage
- specific web service to download movie cover or metadata
- ....

But it's an interesting thing to have, I know.

It's ok with your remarks and bugs report. I will try first to deliver a new release for all the bugs fixes. Then I will try to improve the playlist creation as you noticed in other bug report.

For the video support, I can not promise but I keep the idea in my TODO list :)

If it's a hassle, forget it, no problem. But on the other hand there's no need for such things as metadata and web service etc. Sure, those would be great, but not so important.

We've already got those covers, I mean anyone having a movie library could/should get covers themselves. So every movie (mkv, m4v, etc.) is contained in folder together with its cover (cover.jpg).

As for metadata, again, just the movie title would be good.

But if it's a big work, forget it.
