Nexus 1000V: removal of trunk n/w profiles and segment range in network profile creation/updation

Nexus 1000V network profiles in Liberty do not support trunk network profile creation. Additionally, the segment range for VLAN and VxLAN network profiles is no longer allocated by the network profile, but by the ML2 type driver.
