Upgraded to Windows 10 Calibre will not auto detect Kobo device

I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and now Calibre will not auto detect my Kobo Aura device. Calibre was able to auto detect my device prior to the Windows upgrade running Windows 7.

I ran the debug device detection in Calibre:
