cirros url specified multiple times

cirros url is specified multiple times in the tempest role.
Consequently they are not updated consistently so different versions are referenced:

roles/os_tempest/tasks/tempest_resources.yml: image_url: 'http://download.cirros-cloud.net/0.3.3/cirros-0.3.3-x86_64-disk.img'
roles/os_tempest/defaults/main.yml: - url: "http://download.cirros-cloud.net/0.3.2/cirros-0.3.2-x86_64-uec.tar.gz"
roles/os_tempest/defaults/main.yml: - url: "http://download.cirros-cloud.net/0.3.3/cirros-0.3.3-x86_64-disk.img"
roles/os_tempest/templates/tempest.conf.j2:http_image = http://download.cirros-cloud.net/0.3.1/cirros-0.3.1-x86_64-uec.tar.gz
