Bug Description

The issue is illustrated by testing a new version of the Gmail webapp. The .application files generated were based on the old 1.0.25 version, while the new 1.1.4 version was still being installed. It seems the install hooks were confused by the removal of the whole online-accounts-hook directory, performed in the hope of starting from a clean sheet and find the root cause for the issue.
