Jump to patron record if only one patron is returned in search

This is a wishlist request for the patron search to act similarly to bib searches if the "Jump to Details on 1 Hit" library setting (staff) is enabled.

The desired behavior would be:

-Search for patron: Last Name: "Smyth" First Name: "Samuell"
-Only one patron is returned from the search
-Screen jumps to patron's record instead of first needing to highlight the entry and click on "Retrieve Patron"

This would only happen when one result is returned, if there were multiple Samuell Smyth's, the results view would be the same as it is now in 2.7.5
