Bug Description
Per the meeting on 2015-08-25, in relation to calls with file related payloads:
Instead of names like create_object and create_image, we should use upload_object and upload_image
Instead of names like save_object, we should use download_object

Adjust image v1 to use upload instead of create
image v1 had been using create_image, we've previously
agreed to use upload for this type of call.
