Bug Description

Since "snapshot instances" have been merged(see "https://review.openstack.org/#/c/199489/"), there is no key named "share_proto" and "share_id" in the snapshot_instance.

    Fix incorrect use of snapshot instances

    Since "snapshot instances" have been merged(see
    "https://review.openstack.org/#/c/199489/"),
    there is no key named "share_proto" and "share_id"
    in the snapshot_instance.
    So, fix them in Huawei driver.
