transmission could not connect to tracker

При запуске transmission не начинается закачка, пишет, что could not connect to tracker, а также tracker gave HTTP response code 0 (No Response)

Can you please provide transmission version number.
Does this just affect one torrent? If so please provide link.
If all torrents have you verified in preferences/settings network that the peer listening port is open?
