Getting Started link url in README.rst is not correct

The content of Getting Started in README.rst like following:

Please get started by reading the `Developer
Quickstart <https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/docs/dev-quickstart.md>`__
followed by the `Ansible Deployment
Guide <https://github.com/stackforge/kolla/blob/master/docs/ansible-deployment.md>`__.

both the link url is 404 error.

Replace the extension .md with .rst.

Then it will be correct.
