automaton package in delorean renamed python-automaton

cinder-api and cinder-volume are failing to execute properly without the python-automaton package (import error).

It looks like the package was renamed, because I do remember testing cinder in the past and it worked with the existing automaton.

    automaton renamed to python-automaton

    Cinder is broken by this RDO package rename. Maintaining docker templates
    for basic things like this until the /docker directory is removed.
