Spell mistakes in comment sentences of these files

Spelling mistakes in error messages are one thing, typos in copyrights (like mis-spelling OpenStack as Open Stack) are mildly more interesting. Correcting grammar and spelling in comments seem like the kinds of things you do as part of some other change that moves the project forward.

Realize that each of these commits will tax the CI at a time when others are actually trying to get stuff done for liberty or some other release so I submit to you that you'd be doing more to help the project if you ran a spell checker on the project and submitted one change for all of these things early in the M release cycle.
